Unregistered vehicles – accident involving another vehicle

Don't risk losing important benefits

The driver, rider or owner of a motor vehicle that has been unregistered for more than 3 months and is involved in an accident with a registered vehicle being driven at the time, is not entitled to the following benefits.



An injured driver may be entitled to reasonable medical, hospital and rehabilitation benefits. 


If the driver dies as a result of the accident the family will not be entitled to the following benefits:
