Reckless or criminal activity
A person whose reckless behaviour or intentional act that contributed to their injuries, risks losing financial support benefits.
If at the time of the accident, a person was;
- engaged in conduct which created a risk and recklessly ignored that risk;
- found guilty of manslaughter, dangerous driving, or an offence that was intentional, reckless, or criminally negligent that caused harm.
