Street Smart High
MACC funds the Street-Smart High road safety education program for high school students in the Northern Territory.
MACC is the funding partner for the delivery of the Street-Smart High road safety education program for high school students.
The annual event targets senior high school students, as well as teachers and exhibitors.
During the 4-hour event, participants watch a simulated crash scene performance and hear from influential speakers who talk about the affect that road trauma and their lived experience with a permanent disability.
Each year there are over 1000 students participating in the event.
